2010 Annual Auction and Fundraiser to benefit Museum and Education Center
Through Education is Hope
Are you a Beatles or a Muhammad Ali fan? Enjoy dining at places like Phillip's Seafood, Buddakan, Ruth Chris Steakhouse and many more of Philadelphia's finest restaurants? Do you enjoy traveling to Vermont or New York City? These items and more are waiting to excite you into a bidding frenzy. Join us and bring a friend to this fun filled evening all to benefit the Holocaust Awareness Museum and Education Center's 49th Annual Auction on Saturday, October 30th, 2010 at the Klein JCC in Northeast Philadelphia from 7 to 9:30pm. Come enjoy an evening of entertainment, prizes, and food while supporting Holocaust Education in the Delaware Valley. Over 250 people will attend!
This is our only fundraiser and the proceeds are used to maintain and expand our permanent collection of artifacts as well as continue our thriving education programs. Last year, more than 7,000 students of all ages heard our survivors and liberators speak. Our goal this year is to double that number.
You can be a part of this exciting evening just by placing a advertisement in our ad book and or contributing an item to our auction. Remember an AUCTION is a fun way to begin to get involved with the Museum. Yes, to begin to get involved; there is so much more for you to see and do. Come join us. As all auctions go people love bidding on tickets for concerts, sports games, gift certificates, restaurants retail items and much more.
Tickets can be purchased by phone (215-464-4701) or they can be purchased at the door.
