Nazi Death-Camp Guard Charged with 27,900 murders

John Demjanjuk, an 89 year old suspected Nazi death-camp guard at the Sobibor concentration camp has been charged with aiding in more than 27,900 murders. After several attempts to stop his deportation back to Germany, the Munich Regional Court in Germany now has to decide whether to proceed with the trial. According to his doctors, Demjanjuk has less than 15 months to live because of an incurable leukemic bone-marrow disease.
